Hi, I am Jérémy
Since my early days I’ve always been a bike lover.
In the last decade I enjoyed giving back life to any kind of bikes.
I have been the bike fixer for my surrounding since i was a kid, in 2013 i started professionally with my small own business and From 2014 till 2019 I created the company Upcycles Wunschrad in Cologne, Ehrenfeld with two others where I was more focused on the mechanics with building bikes (2/3 per day for almost 5 years!) /organization/photography and supply of great vintage bikes.
Having children made me realise a lot and allowed me to have a clearer vision where I could find myself and what I want to do.
I am now having my own shop, better situated in the city, on a main street of Cologne, creating Custom bikes from vintage frames full of emotion and reaching the highest ecological impact of recycling. We are also building bikes from modern frame brands like Surly or Bombtrack. And we propose also frame builder options from France like Glacier made in Alps and Meral made in Tour!

I have to tell this anecdote of when I got to know them : I basically got lost and ran into there bike association worshop in nippes (Team Turbo) by coincidence because the highway was closed and since then we kept in touch and now we are l’Etape Cycles!!
